I’m Tennessee Watt, an award-winning diversity & inclusion consultant, marketing strategist, and international public speaker and moderator. I help business leaders create social change, and elevate their brands for lasting impact.
My career has involved a variety of experiences: being a TEDx speaker in Africa, studying a business Masters in 4 countries, being a crisis manager for FTSE100 companies, leading a digital marketing offer as employee number 3 at a startup, and marketing a $1million dollar fund at Google to train Black tech professionals. Throughout it all, my north star has remained consistent: helping businesses to authentically and effectively engage diverse audiences.
In my career, I’ve committed to helping businesses use strategic communications as a lever for social change, cultural transformation, community engagement and economic opportunity. I impart skills in brand and campaign strategy, graphic content creation, copywriting, digital strategy and execution, analytics, workshop delivery and more, all with the result of creating with purpose and building brands.
